I absolutely loved the stunning scenery and surrounding nature. From my private veranda, I could admire the thick jungle and spot toucans, macaws, and monkeys. The location on the hill, rather than directly on the beach, was a real advantage compared to other lodges. The staff, especially our waiter, were extremely kind and made me feel welcome.
Nothing for me.

We had an amazing time during our weekend getaway. The food was delicious, and the personnel were extremely kind and attentive, making us feel at home. The size and comfort of the tents were impressive, and the view from the terrace was truly magical. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, surrounded by stunning scenery and offering fantastic trails for exploration.
While there were a few things we didn't particularly enjoy, such as the outdated feel of the lodge and bungalows, the lack of brightness in the rooms, and the presence of insects, we understand that these are common challenges when staying in the middle of the forest. The only other aspect we found a bit inconvenient was the warmth in the rooms at night, but the staff provided us with a portable fan to help alleviate the issue.

The delicious meals, readily available coffee/tea, and complimentary use of boots, walking sticks, and umbrellas were all appreciated amenities. The breathtaking location and scenic drive up to the lodge made for a memorable experience. The friendly and accommodating staff, including Raquel, who upgraded our accommodation, made our stay exceptionally pleasant. The hiking tour with Marue was super special and allowed us to discover the wildlife in Osa. Luna Lodge is a must-stay for anyone in the area!

This eco lodge was absolutely fabulous! I had an incredible time during my stay. The owner is an expert in natural health and healing and shares her knowledge and passion with interested guests. The sound healing performance hosted in her home was a unique experience. The massages were excellent and the food was delicious, with fresh and mainly vegetarian options for lunch and the availability of meat or fish for dinner. The lodge also had a lovely pool, a full bar, and relaxing lounging areas. The location was unreal, with great access to hikes and trips. The staff were brilliant, creating a supportive and positive atmosphere. The lack of TVs and limited Wi-Fi in only the dining area made it easy to switch off and connect with nature. The wildlife and early morning wake-ups were amazing, making it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Driving to the lodge was an adventure, but worth it, as the drive and location were simply breathtaking.
I do recommend this hotel.

This place, its staff, its location, its wildlife. The time we had to talk with the owners mom and listen to her amazing stories really made the whole experience incredible. Luna Lodge is literally in a rainforest with beautiful birds, reptiles, monkeys, and even a sloth. The staff are outstanding and the food tasty and healthy. The accommodations were spectacular and the tours with our knowledgeable guide were the best. The drive there is a treat, and the safari experience is out of this world.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush rainforests and breathtaking views. It was the perfect escape for a romantic getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The eco-friendly practices of the hotel, such as generating their own electricity and composting, were impressive and added to the overall experience.
The road leading to the hotel was quite difficult to navigate, with many bumps and rivers to cross. It made getting to the hotel a bit of a challenge.

During our recent stay at Luna Lodge, we were blown away by the incredible birding opportunities. The spotting scope and birdwatching platform allowed us to observe a variety of colorful birds in their natural habitat. The knowledgeable guide, Gary, made the experience even more memorable with his expertise in finding birds. As solo travelers, we were thrilled to be welcomed and encouraged to join tours and activities, making it easy to meet other like-minded guests. The eco-friendly practices of the lodge, including generating their own electricity and growing their own food, were truly commendable. The tent we stayed in provided all the necessary amenities, and the food was creative and fresh. Lana, the owner, was hands-on and ensured that we had a wonderful time. The staff were genuinely happy and provided excellent service throughout. we highly recommend Luna Lodge for its stunning location, fantastic birding experiences, and welcoming atmosphere.

My purpose of travel was to seek adventure and I stayed at Luna Lodge for a few nights. The drive to the lodge was an exciting adventure with bumpy roads and river crossings, but it was totally worth it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by kind and welcoming staff in a tranquil oasis surrounded by the jungle. The owner, Lana, made me feel like part of the family and even invited me to a special dinner. The Corcovado Jungle Tour and Night Tour with Marlon were unforgettable experiences. Luna Lodge is a must-book for nature lovers seeking unique experiences.
I would recommend this hotel.
